Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Free shipping on orders, with exceptions for heavy or freight items, which are marked on the product page and quoted before you pay.
• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will get a tracking number by email when it ships.
• We ship with carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS, and use freight service for large items. We pick the best mix of speed, cost and reliability.
• Local pickup is available for items marked "In Stock in Courtland". Call us to arrange it.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a package is lost, we will refund the item and shipping or send a replacement, your choice. If it arrives damaged, we will file the carrier claim and reship. Please report damage or delivery problems within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

Most new items can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Fuel system and electrical parts cannot be returned once installed. See the full Return & Refund Policy.
